eToims® Treatment Options

  1. eToims® Relaxation Massage

eToims® Relaxation Massage is a partial body massage that utilizes eToims®, a proprietary state-of-the-art technology that encourages muscles to "twitch", providing relaxation and basic tension relief. As eToims® massages and stretches muscles internally, it is superior to traditional massage which can reach only superficial muscles. eToims® Relaxation Massage utilizes a brief, low level electrical stimulation to treat axial muscles (neck and back), as opposed to Medical eToims® which is a customized, physician administered therapy for individuals with severe and ongoing chronic pain.

  2. eToims® Acupoint Massage

eToims® Acupoint Massage is a total body massage that rebalances the altered normal muscle state equivalent to the energy rebalancing that occurs along Qi meridians in the 5,000-year-old acupuncture tradition.  Although Medical eToims® (see below) treats pain at neuromuscular junctions (trigger points) rather than along Qi meridians, the trajectory of development of eToims® which began in 1990 evolved from the fusion of medical acupuncture, electromyography & nerve conduction diagnostics, and applied anatomy & neurophysiology.  It is this deep understanding of all such disciplines that led to the development of eToims® Acupoint Massage.  This brief, low level electrical stimulation massage applied to the trunk and limb muscles is an effective relaxation therapy for spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.
